Paramount+ has faith in Jeff Davis and his werewolves to ensure the platform’s success. In addition to giving him the go-ahead for a follow-up film to the Teen Wolf series, the streaming service has hired him to adapt Wolf Pack, the book-length saga by Edo Van Belkom.
The series, which will also be called Wolf Pack, will follow a teenage boy (Everett) and girl (Blake) whose lives are changed forever when a California wildfire awakens a terrifying supernatural creature. Injured in the chaos of its attack, the teens are inexplicably drawn to each other and to two other teens, Harlan and Luna, who were adopted sixteen years earlier by a park ranger after another mysterious forest fire. As the full moon rises, the four teens come together to uncover the secret that connects them: the bite and blood of a werewolf.
Paramount+ has cast Armani Jackson (Grey’s Anatomy), Bella Shepard (Two Sides), Chloe Rose Robertson and Tyler Lawrence Gray in the lead roles. They will respectively play Everett, Blake, Luna and Harlan.
The Wolf Pack series should be available by the end of the year on Paramount+ according to the press release from the streaming service. We’ll keep you posted as soon as a more precise date is revealed.
