It’s been a long wait, but it’s about to come to an end as the Bridgerton series returns to Netflix in May with a highly anticipated third season centered on Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan).
In this new salvo of episodes, the first four of which will be released on May 16, 2024, Penelope is determined to find a husband after hearing Colin’s disparaging remarks about her in season two. But her attempts fail as she searches for a man who will allow her to maintain her independence and continue her double life as Lady Whistledown.
For his part, Colin, back from a trip, is saddened to find that Penelope, the one person who has always appreciated him for who he is, has turned her back on him. Wishing to regain her friendship, he offers to help her find a husband, while questioning his own feelings for the young woman, as shown in the trailer unveiled by Netflix.
While the first part of Season 3 of Bridgerton will be available on Netflix on May 16, 2024, we’ll have to wait until June 13, 2024 to discover the final four episodes of this season, which tell the story of Colin and Penelope’s romance.
