Wolf Pack: a first trailer and an air date for the series with Sarah Michelle Gellar

The Wolf Pack series took advantage of the New York Comic Con 2022 to unveil a little more. Indeed, a first trailer was shown, an airing date was given just like the names of the actors who will join the cast of this series written and produced by Jeff Davis (Teen Wolf).

The werewolves of Teen Wolf won’t be the only ones storming Paramount+ on January 26, 2023. The streaming platform will use that same date to launch Wolf Pack, its new series adapting the books by Edo Van Belkom.

Wolf Pack will follow Everett (Armani Jackson) and Blake (Bella Shepard) whose lives are changed forever when a California wildfire awakens a terrifying supernatural creature and causes it to attack people stuck in a traffic jam. Wounded in the chaos, the two teens are inexplicably drawn to each other and to two other youngsters, Luna and Harlan (Chloe Rose Robertson and Tyler Lawrence Gray), who were adopted sixteen years earlier by a park ranger (Rodrigo Santoro) after another mysterious forest fire. As the full moon rises, the four teens come together to unravel the secret that connects them.

While waiting to discover the series next January, a first trailer was revealed at the New York Comic Con. A video where we can see Sarah Michelle Gellar in action. The actress who played the iconic Buffy Summers will play Kristin Ramsey, a respected expert in her field who investigates arson. The authorities will call on her to catch the teenager who started a huge forest fire.

12 new names in the cast of Wolf Pack

In addition to the air date and trailer, Paramount+ revealed the names of the actors and actresses who will join the cast of the first season of Wolf Pack.

Bailey Stender (Pop Music High), Chase Liefeld (Sunnyside Up), Hollie Bahar (Westworld), Lanny Joon (Baby Driver), Rio Mangini (Home Before Dark), Stella Smith (Stargirl), Zack Nelson and James Martinez (Love, Victor) will appear as recurring characters.

They will also be joined by Amy Pietz (No Tomorrow), Bria Brimmer (The Map of Tiny Perfect Things), John L. Adams (The Dead Zone) and Sean Philip Glasgow (Diary of a Future President).
