Demetria McKinney will play Ada Monroe (main character) who is a bookstore owner and has big interest in occults and its mysteries. She seems to love the fantastic world and never runs away for long as she was cast on Motherland Fort Salem which season 3 arrives soon on Freeform and Hulu.
She joins the cast of The Winchesters with Nida Khurshi, Jojo Fleites, Meg Donnelly and Drake Rodger.
This prequel pilot will focus on the Dean and Sam’s Parents named Mary and John (played by Rodger et Donnelly). The Winchesters will be about Mary and John’s love story. The risks they took to save their love and the world at the same time.
Side Note: Jensen Ackles, who played Dean in the original series will be this time an executive producer and the narrator of the show.
