The Winchesters: Ruth Connell to guest star in Supernatural spin-off

A familiar face from Supernatural will join the cast of the penultimate episode of the first season of The Winchesters.

According to EW, the episode “The Tears of a Clown” which will air on The CW on February 28, 2023, will see the return of Rowena, a character particularly beloved by Supernatural fans.

Played once again by Ruth Connell, the character is described as a “natural-born witch with immense power” who “has been outwitting all who wish her ill since the 17th century – even death itself. Be it magic, vengeance, or a fine vintage wine, Rowena always gets what she wants – and no friend or foe can stand in her way”.

Will Rowena oppose or come to the aid of Mary (Meg Donnelly) and John (Drake Rodger), Sam and Dean’s future parents? Answer on February 28, 2023.
