The Winchesters, the Supernatural prequel expected on The CW from October 11, 2022, adds a new name to its cast: Bridget Regan. The actress, who is a familiar face to the network for having played in Jane the Virgin, Batwoman and Beauty and the Beast, will appear as a recurring character in the first season.
According to The Wrap, Bridget Regan will play Rockin’ Roxy, a pirate radio DJ with a growing fanbase. But as our heroes will unfortunately learn, not all of Roxy’s listeners are of the same species.
The Winchesters series will focus on the youth of Mary and John Winchester, Sam and Dean’s parents. They will be played on screen by Meg Donnelly (American Housewife) and Drake Rodger (The In Between). The cast also includes Nida Kurshid (Adversity), Jojo Fleites, Demetria McKinney (Motherland: Fort Salem) and Bianca Kajlich (Rules of Engagement).
