The Wheel of Time series, adapted from Robert Jordan’s novels, will launch on Amazon Prime Video on November 19. A first trailer has just been released online.

It’s a fantasy series highly anticipated by fans: “The Wheel of Time”, adapted from the saga written by Robert Jordan will be broadcast on Amazon Prime Video from November 19. The first season will have six episodes and will star actress Rosamund Pike. To wait, viewers can already discover a first trailer.

Written in 14 volumes, “The Wheel of Time”, whose first part was published in 1990, tells the story of three boys, Rand, Mat and Perrin, who are forced to flee their isolated village because of the invasion of the Trollocs, bloodthirsty monsters. Robert Jordan unfortunately never finished writing his successful saga. He died in 2007, but left notes so that another writer, Brandon Sanderson, could complete the work. Sold to more than 90 million copies worldwide, “The Wheel of Time” is expected to experience renewed success in bookstores in the near future, with its adaptation into a TV series.
