On March 4 and 5, 2023, Showmasters will organize another spring edition of the London Comic Con and will give the opportunity for people to meet actors and actresses who played in series that made the news in 2022. Wednesday, Andor, House of the Dragon and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will be represented.

New series in the spotlight in London

Many series have made the news in 2022 and among them, we can mention Wednesday, which is a worldwide hit since its release on Netflix. So it’s not surprising to find one of the cast members in the guestlist of the London Comic Con Spring 2023 (#LCCSpring). In London, fans of the series will be able to meet Georgie Farmer, who played Ajax in the series. The actor is also known for his role of Jake in Evermoor.

Two fantasy series have been in the spotlight throughout the year, House of the Dragon and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and both will be represented in London this March. Fans of the Game of Thrones prequel will have the opportunity to speak with Wil Johnson (Ser Vaemond Velaryon) while fans of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series will be able to meet Charles Edwards (Lord Celebrimbor).

The Andor series, available since September 21, 2022 on Disney+, will be represented by Denise Gough (Dedar Meero), Duncan Pow (Melshi) and Wilf Scolding (Vanis Tigo).

Doctor Who, Star Wars, Peacemaker…

Other fandoms will of course be represented at the London Comic Con 2023, starting with Star Wars and Doctor Who. The movie saga and its spin-off series will be represented by Caroline Blakinston and Dermot Crowley (Return of the Jedi), Ray Hassett (The Empire Strikes Back) and Dawn Dininger (The Mandalorian).

Fans of Doctor Who, the BBC’s iconic series, will have the opportunity to meet two doctors: Sylvester McCoy and Colin Baker. Sacha Dhawan (The Master) and Terry Molloy (Davros) will also be present at the event.

Among the other guests expected at the London Comic Con Spring 2023, we find Kirsten Baker (Friday the 13th Part 2), Brian Blessed (Z Cars), Iain De Caestecker (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) and Lochlyn Munro (Riverdale, Peacemaker).
