A few days after Phoebe Waller-Bridge, a new name is added to the cast of Indiana Jones 5, the one of Mads Mikkelsen. The Danish actor will play with Harrison Ford under the direction of James Mangold (Logan) who replaces Steven Spielberg.
As for Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the role of Mads Mikkelsen is kept secret by Lucasfilm. The mystery also hangs over the scenario of this new film expected in American movie theaters on July 29, 2022.
Mads Mikkelsen, known for his role as Hannibal in the eponymous series, was recently praised by critics and audiences for his performance in Drunk. Previously, he was seen in Rogue One: A Star Wars story, Doctor Strange, Casino Royale and Jagten. Soon, he will play the role of Gellert Grindelwald (instead of Johnny Depp) in the third Fantastic Beasts.
