A few days after announcing the return of Meryl Streep and the addition of Molly Shannon, the production of Only Murders in the Building has officially announced a new name for Season 4.
As revealed by Deadline, our investigative trio of Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short) and Mabel (Selena Gomez) will cross paths with a new character played by Eva Longoria. The American website adds that the actress will be a recurring character and that her character will play an integral part in the twists and turns of the investigation at the heart of Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building.
Eva Longoria is a familiar face on the small screen. After starring in The Young and the Restless, the actress became famous for her portrayal of Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives. A role that earned her nominations at the Golden Globes, People’s Choice Awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
