Netflix has decided not to renew four of its comedies.
Two new shows launched in 2021 are concerned by these cancellations: The Crew and Country Comfort. The first one took place within a Nascar team and starred Kevin James while the second starred Katherine McPhee and Eddie Cibrian. The series followed a country singer who becomes a babysitter for five children.
The other two series not to be renewed are Mr. Iglesias, created by Gabriel Iglesias, and Bonding, created by Rightor Doyle. Both productions end their adventures on Netflix after three and two seasons respectively.
Despite these cancellations, Netflix will continue to work with Kevin James, Rightor Doyle and Gabriel Iglesias for new projects.
