The Hollywood Foreign Press Association unveiled this Monday, December 13, 2021 the nominations for the Golden Globes 2022 and it’s Succession that is doing the best in the series categories with 5 nominations. The podium of nominations is completed by The Morning Show and Ted Lasso, four nominations each. Regarding the Apple TV+ comedy, Jason Sudeikis will try to keep his Golden Globes for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical series acquired last year.

Squid Game, a 2021 phenomenon, is nominated three times at the 2022 Golden Globes and will face Succession and/or The Morning Show in the categories of Best Television Series Drama, Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor.

Finally, for those interested in the nominations by channel/platform, HBO leads the nominations this year (12) ahead of Netflix (10), Hulu (10) and Apple TV+ (8). Only one network manages to sneak in these nominations: ABC with the series Black-ish.
