Golden Globes 2022: the nominations in the movie categories

The nominations for the Golden Globes 2022 have been announced and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has decided to give The Power of the Dog and Belfast 7 nominations each. The two films will compete in the categories of “Best Drama”, “Best Director”, “Best Screenplay”, “Best Supporting Actress” and “Best Supporting Actor”.

The duo is followed by several films with four nominations: Adam McKay’s Don’t Look Up, Paul Thomas Anderson’s Licorice Pizza, Reinaldo Marcus Green’s King Richard or Steven Spielberg’s remake of West Side Story. The film Dune by Denis Villeneuve, meanwhile, is nominated three times.
