Just a few weeks after the release of Upgraded on Prime Video, Camila Mendes is set to return on the streaming platform in a new romantic comedy. The actress, best known for her role as Veronica on Riverdale, stars in the film Música alongside her partner Rudy Mancuso, who is also the director and scenarist.
Loosely based on the life of Rudy Mancuso, the film follows a New Jersey street performer who suffers from synesthesia, which causes him to interpret everyday sounds as complex rhythms. While maintaining a complicated relationship with his longtime girlfriend (Francesca Reale), he falls under the spell of Isabella (Camila Mendes), a young woman who works in a fish market.
