Millie Bobby Brown fans won’t have to wait for the release of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things to see the actress back on Netflix. In fact, the young woman will star in the movie Damsel, which will be released on the streaming platform on March 8, 2024.
In the film, directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, Millie Bobby Brown plays Princess Elodie, a docile young woman who agrees to marry a handsome prince before realizing that the royal family has decided to sacrifice her to pay off an ancient debt. Thrown into a cave where a dragon lives, she must rely on her wits and courage to survive. The new trailer unveiled by Netflix confirms the promise of plenty of action.
In addition to Millie Bobby Brown, Damsel stars Robin Wright (House of Cards), Brooke Carter (The Peripheral), Shohreh Aghdashloo (The Expanse), Milo Twomey (Free Rein), Angela Bassett (9-1-1), Ray Winstone (Ice), Nicole Joseph (Casualty) and Nick Robinson (Love, Victor).
