Vampire Academy, the new series by Julie Plec (The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Legacies) and Marguerite MacIntyre (The Vampire Diaries), was revealed a little more at the San Diego Comic-Con 2022.
During a panel about the adaptation of Richelle Mead‘s novels of the same name, Peacock released a teaser allowing fans of the literary saga to get a first glimpse of Lissa (Daniela Nives), Rose (Sisi Stringer) and the other protagonists at St. Vladimir’s Academy.
The series, which will air on Peacock from September 15, 2022 follows, Lissa, a royal-blooded vampire, and her best friend and protector, Rose, as they deal with love, class warfare and ancient magic at their vampire boarding school. When a mysterious bond develops between the two friends, they must work together to understand it, while facing threats from both inside and outside the school.
