The American revolution is hovering over Fraser’s Ridge and Outlander as confirmed by the season 6 teaser unveiled at New York Comic Con 2021.
If everything starts peacefully in this video, the words of Claire (Caitriona Balfe) quickly bring us back to reality: “It’s starting, a storm, the war. It’s almost here.”
Starz says Season 6, based on the novel A Breath of Snow and Ashes, will explore what happens when there is discord and division within your own home: when you become an outsider, marginalized and rejected within it.
No air date has been revealed yet but we know that the new episodes of Outlander will be available in early 2022. The cast will include Sam Heughan (Jamie), Sophie Skelton (Brianna), Richard Rankin (Roger), John Bell (Young Ian), Lauren Lyle (Marsali) and Caesar Domboy (Fergus).
