Station 19 renewed for Season 7

A month after announcing a Season 20 order for Grey’s Anatomy, ABC has made it official that its spinoff, Station 19, will also return in 2023-2024. The series, which stars Danielle Savre, Stefania Spampinato, Jaina Lee Ortiz, Jason George and Grey Damon, among others, will then begin its seventh season. The opportunity to reach the bar of 100 episodes aired on the American channel.

As expected, this renewal is accompanied by a change at the top of the creative team. Following the departure of Krista Vernoff, Zoanne Clack and Peter Paige will now serve as showrunners of Station 19.

The same goes for Peter Paige: “I’m beyond honored to be handed the reins to ‘Station 19’ – a show I love, full of incredible, complex characters, and resonant, important stories.” He adds: “To get to partner with a talent like Zoanne as showrunners truly makes it all the more exciting – we share a similar vision for the show, and we’ve got some incredible twists and turns planned for the coming season.”

The series Station 19, which has been broadcast on ABC since 2018, follows the daily life of firefighters in Seattle. In addition to the names already mentioned, the cast also includes Barrett Doss, Jay Hayden, Boris Kodjoe, Carlos Miranda and Josh Randall.
