Outer Banks: five new cast members for season 4

As Outer Banks fans eagerly await the return of the Pogues and Kooks, Netflix has announced that the series will be adding five new actors for its fourth season. Pollyanna McIntosh (The Walking Dead, Vikings: Valhalla), J. Anthony Crane (Billions), Brianna Brown (Dynasty, Eastsiders), Rigo Sanchez (Station 19, Animal Kingdom) and Mia Challis (Clickbait) have all been announced as new cast members for the series created by Jonas Pate, Josh Pate and Shannon Burke.

Along with the announcement, the streaming platform also revealed the first details about the characters they will be playing. J. Anthony Crane will play Chandler Groff, a man deeply saddened by the loss of his wife who joins the Pogues on their new adventure. Pollyanna McIntosh will play Dalia, a revolutionary leader in search of plunder who comes face to face with the Pogues, while Rigo Sanchez will play Lightner, a dangerous and calculating man on the ground who seems intent on putting the Pogues to the test.

Brianna Brown, meanwhile, will play Hollis Robinson, a renowned real estate agent on the island who once worked with Ward on a successful deal and now has her sights set on Rafe (Drew Starkey) for a new venture. Finally, Mia Challis will play Ruthie, a young woman who develops a close relationship with Topper (Austin North).

Outer Banks Season 4, due to debut on Netflix in 2024, will see the return of Chase Stokes (John), Madelyn Cline (Sarah), Madison Bailey (Kiara), Jonathan Daviss (Pope), Rudy Pankow (JJ), Carlacia Grant (Cleo) and Fiona Palomo (Sofia).
