While House of Dragon is scheduled to air on HBO on August 21, and the American network already has several other series in the works to expand the Game of Thrones universe, The Hollywood Reporter tells us that another project is in development.
According to the American media, HBO would have decided to make a sequel about the character of Jon Snow. In the final season of Game of Thrones, Jon Snow learns that he is actually Aegon Targaryen and that he is therefore a potential heir to the Iron Throne. However, in the final episode, he gives up his old life to take the road with the Wildlings (the Free People) beyond the Wall. This new series could tell his adventures in the northern part of Westeros even if no synopsis has been released yet.
Kit Harington, Jon Snow in Game of Thrones, will play the role again if HBO decides to go ahead with the development of this new project.
