Soon to star in the series Washington Black for Hulu, Tom Ellis will collaborate again with the American platform since he has just been announced in the casting of the series Second Wife. A creation signed by his wife, Meaghan Oppenheimer, to whom we already owe Tell Me Lies.
The series Second Wife, described as a romantic drama about the ups and downs of a blended family, will also have in its cast Emma Roberts as the lead. The actress, best known for her roles in American Horror Story, will be reunited with Meaghan Oppenheimer, with whom she collaborated as a producer on the series Tell Me Lies.
Second Wife will follow Sasha (Emma Roberts), a young woman who leaves New York to start over in London after a terrible breakup. She meets and quickly falls in love with Jacob (Tom Ellis), a recently divorced father. After marrying on a whim, they realize that they don’t know much about each other and can’t run away from their past forever.
