Disney+ continues to trust High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Indeed, the streaming platform has just made official the order of a third season for the series of Tim Federle.

After two years in the halls of East High, the drama club takes, this time, the direction of a summer camp with the program “campfires, vacation flings and nights without curfew”. To best capture this atmosphere, the production is moving from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles.

Following the announcement, Tim Federle said, “We are overjoyed to be heading to the great outdoors for season three, and grateful to our partners and friends at Disney+ for their continued support of our next-generation Wildcats”.

At the moment, the casting for season 3 has not been made official but it should be soon the case according to a source quoted by Variety. Will Olivia Rodrigo, who has just been awarded several MTV Video Music Awards, be part of the adventure? We’ll have an answer in the coming months.

In the meantime, you can watch the first two seasons of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series on Disney+.
