If Netflix has unveiled a first clip of the season 2 of the series Fate: the Winx saga during the Geeked Week, the mystery is still on what really awaits our heroes in these new episodes. Guests of the Dream It Not at Home convention, Abigail Cowen (Bloom), Danny Griffin (Sky), Elisha Applebaum (Musa) and Jacob Dudman (Sam) made some revelations about it.
A darker season
After a six episode first season that introduced the characters, Danny Griffin says that the second season will give us the opportunity to learn a little more about each of them and to understand who they really are. He also adds that Brian Young, the creator of the series, knows in which direction he wants to go and that consequently the general atmosphere of the new episodes will be a little darker. A statement shared by Abigail Cowen, Elisha Applebaum and Jacob Dudman who use the words “fear”, “scary” and “death” to describe season 2.
But fans can be reassured that the new season of Fate: The Winx Saga has also been described by the cast as “magical” and “more fun”. Abigail Cowen also repeatedly emphasized the importance of details while Elisha Applebaum highlighted the costumes in the second season.
