Alberto Rosende, who joined Chicago Fire in Season 8, won’t be the only cast member to say goodbye to the series in Season 12, as Kara Killmer, who has played Sylvie Brett since Season 3, will also be leaving the Dick Wolf-produced show.
Kara Killmer‘s departure could be explained by events that took place during Chicago Fire‘s Season 11 finale. In that final episode, Matt Casey (Jesse Spencer), who has moved to Oregon, proposed to Sylvie.
