Turner & Hooch – Disney+
The serial reboot of the Turner & Hooch movie will feature four additional actors. Anthony Ruivivar (New York 911), Brandon Jay McLaren (Slasher) and Jeremy Maguire (Modern Family) will act as regulars while Becca Tobin (Glee) will be a recurring star. Anthony Ruivivar and Brandon Jay McLarenplay colleagues of Turner (Josh Peck), a US Marshal who inherits a large, undisciplined dog as his partner. Jeremy Maguire will play Scott Turner’s nephew Matthew, while Becca Tobin will play a federal prosecutor and Turner’s ex-girlfriend. (Source)

9-1-1: Lone Star is about to lose one of their headliners as Liv Tyler. According to Deadline, this departure was motivated by the restrictions linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, the actress living in the United Kingdom and having to make the trip from London to Los Angeles for the shooting. Tim Minear said in a statement :“What a thrill it was having a movie star of Liv Tyler’s stature to help us launch the first season of 9-1-1: Lone Star. We loved working with Liv and will be forever indebted to her for her haunting, powerful portrayal of Michelle Blake. While we were able to tell a complete chapter in Michelle’s story, as with Connie Britton on our mothership, we also feel like there are more stories to be told. Dopesick – Hulu
The mini-series Dopesick, whose title role was given to Michael Keaton (Birdman), features four actors in its cast: Peter Sarsgaard (Interrogation), Kaitlyn Dever (Last Man Standing), Will Poulter (The Maze Runner) and John Hoogenakker (Jack Ryan). The series will focus on the fight against opiate addiction in the United States through the inhabitants of a small mining town in Virginia. (Source)

Tatiana Maslany, unforgettable in Orphan Black, would have been chosen to embody the main character in the She-Hulk series for Disney+. She-Hulk, a Marvel heroine created by Stan Lee and John Buscema, calls herself Jennifer Walters in civilian life. Lawyer and cousin of Bruce Banner (Hulk), she is shot and receives a blood transfusion from her cousin who is compatible with her blood type.
