Tatiana Maslany, currently starring in the series She-Hulk on Disney+, will soon be back on AMC. The actress, who is particularly known for her roles in Orphan Black, will come back on the American network for the serial adaptation of the novel Invitation to a Bonfire by Adrienne Celt.

Dan McDermott, president of AMC Networks and AMC Studios, said he is thrilled to have Tatiana Maslany back on the network: “Tatiana is a singular talent who we’ve wanted to bring back to the AMC Networks family since her iconic and career-defining performance in Orphan Black. We’re thrilled to have her join Invitation to a Bonfire’s talented cast and watch her bring to life the wild flame that is Vera Orlov, both on-screen and behind-the-scenes as an executive producer.

In this series inspired by the marriage of Vladimir and Vera Nabokov, we will follow Zoya (Freya Mavor), a young Russian immigrant and gardener, who is drawn into a deadly love triangle with an enigmatic novelist (Pilou Asbæk) and his bewitching wife (Tatiana Maslany).

The first season of Invitation to a Bonfire will have 6 episodes and is expected on AMC in 2023.
