He was the ladies’ man in “The Holiday”, a saint in the series “The Young Pope”, and now he’s ready to play a new role, this time as a famous Disney character: Captain Hook. Peter Pan’s opponent, internationally famous Captain Hook, will be present in the new Disney adaptation, “Peter Pan & Wendy”.
A growing cast
Initially intended for Joaquim Phoenix (Joker), Jude Law expressed his deep interest in the role with the intention of getting on board the Jolly Roger. If the deal is concluded, the actor will join Ever Anderson (Resident Evil: The Final Chapter) and Alexander Molony (The Reluctant Landlord), while being directed by David Lowery, who also wrote “Pete’s Dragon”.
