Top 10 of the most represented series in conventions that you should discover during lockdown

Do you often attend conventions, comic con and other fairs specializing in series? Do you want to make the most of the time you spend in lockdown to watch the series that are most often represented at conventions? Then this top 10 is for you!

Methodology: the top 10 is based on the live-action series with the most events referenced on Roster Con. Anime-related series will be the subject of another article. The number of episodes and their average length are taken from IMDB.

1. Doctor Who

The adventures through time and space of the Doctor, a Time Lord who changes appearance and personality by regenerating as death approaches. He relies on his faithful companions to help him in his adventures against aliens and other megalomaniacs. Two main series (in addition to the TV movies and mini-series) constitute Doctor Who. On the agenda: around 900 episodes!

4. Game of Thrones

The adaptation of George RR Martin‘s work proved to be a major hit series of the last decade, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats for eight seasons. The only question on everyone’s lips was: who will end up on the Iron Throne? If you haven’t seen Game of Thrones yet, now is the time to do so. You will quickly catch up, as the series has only 73 episodes.

5. The Walking Dead

Inspired by Robert Kirkman‘s comic books, The Walking Dead follows a group of survivors into a post-apocalyptic world full of zombies. The series has spawned a spin-off called Fear The Walking Dead, as well as an upcoming series, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, which will expand this universe.

Deprived of their memories and magic, the fairy tale characters live a normal life in our world. A situation that will change with the arrival of Emma Swan to their town.

9. Legends of Tomorrow

With 47 seasons to its credit, you will need more than the duration of the lockdown if you want to catch up. As for the synopsis, it’s simple, we follow the rivalries of a group of families living in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
