After appearing at CCXP in 2023 to promote Monarch: Legacy of Monsters and as he prepares to receive a Crystal Nymph at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, Kurt Russell is adding another convention to his schedule. The American actor will indeed be participating in the 2026 edition of Fan Expo Chicago, as announced by the organizers on June 9. This is an opportunity not to be missed for all of the actor’s fans.
Held from August 14 to 16, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, the event will feature Kurt Russell exclusively on Saturday, August 15, and Sunday, August 16. Fans will have the opportunity to attend a panel scheduled for Sunday (see prices on the official website), during which the actor will reflect on the highlights of his career. An iconic figure in American cinema, Kurt Russell has left his mark on several generations through films such as Escape from New York, The Thing, Tequila Sunrise, Tango & Cash, Stargate, The Hateful Eight, Vanilla Sky, Bone Tomahawk, Death Proof, and the Fast & Furious franchise. More recently, he also starred in Monarch: Legacy of Monsters and in The Madison, a series set in the Yellowstone universe.
During Fan Expo Chicago 2026, Kurt Russell will also participate in photo sessions (starting at $249.99) and autograph sessions (starting at $299.99). Reservations for these activities have been open since June 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. (Central Time) on the event’s official website. Convention entrance tickets are also already available.
