Netflix’s catalogue is getting bigger and bigger every day. This week, the VOD leader announced that the first season of The Order, composed of 10 episodes, had officially been ordered.
The show created by Dennis Heaton (Ghost Wars, Motive, Call Me Fitz) and Shelley Eriksen (Private Eyes, Continuum, Flashpoint) will be following the life of Jack Morton, a freshmen who joins a secret society called The Order. The young man is then immersed in a world full of magic, monsters and mysteries. Between dark family secrets and a war raging between werewolves and the magical dark arts, Jack’s life daily life will hardly be restful.
The protagonist will be portrayed by Jake Manley (3Audrey, Heroes Reborn). He will be accompanied by Sarah Grey (Power Rangers), Matt Frewer (Orphan Black, Timeless, Eureka), Sam Trammel (True Blood, On the Road Again) and Max Martini (Crisis, Revenge, The Unit).
