Tom Ellis had hinted it at the Empire’ Virtual Hangout 4 convention and it is now confirmed. Season 5B of Lucifer will arrive in May on Netflix, on the 28th to be precise.

If the streaming giant confirmed this arrival in the evening of March 29, 2021, the info had leaked a few hours earlier as revealed by the Twitter account Lucifer France.

Season 5B, whose shooting was disturbed by COVID-19, will have to answer many questions left unanswered in the finale of season 5A.
These new episodes will, of course, see the return of Tom Ellis (Lucifer), Lauren German (Chloe), Kevin Alejandro (Dan), D.B. Woodside (Amenadiel), Lesley-Ann Brandt (Mazikeen), Aimee Garcia (Ella) and Rachael Harris (Linda).
