The wait is almost over. More than a year after the first part of Season 7 aired on Starz, Outlander fans will be able to see Jamie (Sam Heughan), Claire (Caitriona Balfe), Brianna (Sophie Skelton), Roger (Richard Rankin) and young Ian (John Bell) back on their screens.
Season 7B, which consists of 8 episodes, will be available from 22 November 2024 and is revealed in the first official trailer, which was shown at New York Comic Con. The video promises many difficulties for Jamie and his entourage to overcome, which is also confirmed by the official synopsis: “Coming off the first half of Outlander Season 7, we find Claire, Jamie and Young Ian leaving the colonies and arriving in their beloved homeland: Scotland. The perils of the Revolutionary War force them to choose between standing by those they love and fighting for the land they have made their new home.” They won’t be the only ones facing danger, as Roger and Brianna will “face new enemies across time, and must battle the forces that threaten to pull their family apart.”
Season 7B of Outlander will also see the return of some familiar faces, including Dougal MacKenzie (Graham McTavish) and Geilis Duncan (Lotte Verbeek).
