The reboot of Roseanne which was, actually the 10th season, has been very sucessfull in terms of viewers. That’s why an 11th season as already been planned, even before season 10 was over.
The show is about Roseanne and Dan Conner’s day to day life as they try their best to raise their 4 children : Darlene, Becky, D.J and Jerry Garcia. Season after season, Roseanne always talked about taboo subjects that mattered like drugs, racism, homosexuality, abuse or teenagers’ pregnancy.
Initally aired from 1988 to 1997 in 9 seasons, Roseanne recently made its big come-back for a 10th season, surfing on the reboot trend that’s been going on lately. Roseanne premiere has, at this date, 21,9 millions viewers. It’s a significant number that’s astonishing and amazing, even for the member of team behind the show.
Roseanne Bar, co-creator and lead actress of Roseanne, previously announced that she would gladly work on an 11th season. Her wish is gonna be granted because, only 2 episodes in season 10, the show was already renewed. The 10th season will end in 9 episodes and the next season will have 13 episodes and will probably be airing during 2019.
According to the warm welcome that season 10 received, it’s easy to come to the conclusion that Roseanne is gonna be on our screens for a few more seasons. Old and new fans are thrilled by this idea.
