Manifest: the series will not be saved from cancellation

While fans of Manifest were hoping that the series would be saved from cancellation by a potential buyer, Netflix in mind, they are now forced to accept the situation. Manifest will not get a fourth season as confirmed by Deadline and TVLine.

Warner Bros. TV, which was looking for a new platform to broadcast the series, did not manage to convince Netflix (or the other candidates) to order an additional season. Many unanswered questions will therefore remain unanswered.

The stars of the series react to the cancellation

After learning the confirmation of the cancellation of Manifest, the stars of the series wanted to say some words to their fans on social networks.

Josh Dallas, who plays Ben Stone, said on Twitter: “Well, my manifesters, I’m sorry to say that it’s the end of the line for now. We are so proud to have brought you this story over 3 seasons. We so wished we could’ve finished the journey with you. But it wasn’t in the cards. Thanks to our incredible EP’s, producers, writers, directors, stunning cast and the best damn crew in the business. Thanks to warnerbrostv and nbc for giving us a home. And lastly, thank you to the fans who embraced manifest and these characters and flew with us on flight828. I love you all… onwards! Ben Stone, out.”

Melissa Roxburgh, who will soon be doing a virtual convention, also expressed herself on Twitter. Like Josh Dallas, the actress who played Michaela Stone thanked the team and the fans, admitting that she had “some of the greatest days of [her] life on the stages of Manifest”.

Athena Karkanis, who plays Grace Stone, said on Instagram: “It was a wild and wonderful journey but sadly it has now come to an end. I am gutted that the end of this story will not be told, but so greatful for the three spectacular years we did have.” A feeling shared by many actors and actresses of the series as you can see below:
