Cursed, the adaptation of the books by Tom Wheeler and Frank Miller, will not return to Netflix for a second season. The information was revealed by the specialized site Deadline.
According to the American media, the entire cast has been released allowing actors and actresses to pursue new projects. No reason was given by the streaming giant to justify this cancellation.
Cursed was a reimagining of Arthurian legends centered on Nimue (Katherine Langford), a young woman destined to become the Lady of the Lake.
The first and only season has 10 episodes and in its cast is: Devon Terrell, Gustaf Skarsgård (Vikings), Daniel Sharman (Teen Wolf), Sebastian Armesto (Poldark), Lily Newmark (Sex Education), Shalom Brune-Franklin (Bad Mothers), Peter Mullan (Ozark) or Emily Coates (Ladhood).
