Psych: A convention dedicated to the series in June 2024

Psych fans, Creation Entertainment has a surprise for you! This June, the American organizer will bring together some of the show’s cast and creative team for an event called “Reuniting the Cast of Psych – A Fan Experience“. It’s the perfect way to celebrate 10 years since the show ended.

Psych, which aired on USA Network from 2006 to 2014, follows Shawn Spencer (James Roday), the son of a police officer who was trained from a young age to pay attention to the smallest detail. But when he’s falsely accused of committing the crimes he helps solve, he pretends to have psychic abilities to clear his name. So he becomes a police consultant, helping Lieutenants Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) and Juliet O’Hara (Maggie Lawson) and their chief Karen Vick (Kirsten Nelson) with their investigations. All with the help of his friend Gus (Dulé Hill), who knows the truth about his alleged powers.

Ten years after the end of the series, punctuated by the release of three movies, Psych fans are as numerous as ever, and the cast regularly meets them at comic cons. But Creation Entertainment has decided to take the experience a step further with an event dedicated entirely to the series on June 8 and 9, 2024.

Taking place at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, IL, the convention will be attended by Psych creator Steve Franks and the main cast: James Roday (Shawn Spencer), Dulé Hill (Burton ‘Gus’ Guster), Maggie Lawson (Juliet O’Hara), Timothy Omundson (Carlton Lassiter), Kirsten Nelson (Karen Vick) and Corbin Bernsen (Henry Spencer). In addition to these guests, organizers have also confirmed the participation of actors Kurt Fuller (Woody Stroke) and Jazmyn Simon (Selene Gilmore), as well as executive producer Chris Henze.

During the “Reuniting the Cast of Psych – A Fan Experience” convention, panels, photo shoots and autograph sessions will punctuate the weekend for Psych guests and fans. If you’re interested in attending the convention, tickets start at $49 and can be purchased on the event’s official website.
