Great Scott! A few years after welcoming Christopher Lloyd, the Paris Manga & Sci-Fi Show will be able to count on the presence of another actor from the Back to the Future saga. Let’s have a look.

What’s the connection between Elijah Wood, already announced by TGS at the Paris Manga & Sci-Fi Show, and Lea Thompson, the new guest at the Paris event on October 28 and 29, 2023? Back to the Future fans will tell you without the slightest hesitation that they both appeared in Robert Zemeckis‘ iconic saga.

While Elijah Wood only appears briefly in Back to the Future 2, Lea Thompson plays one of the main roles. The American actress plays Lorraine, the mother of Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), in the three films released between 1985 and 1990. A role for which Lea Thompson is world famous, but the actress has also taken part in numerous other productions throughout her career.

In addition to her many collaborations in front of the camera (she has over 100 credits to her name), Lea Thompson is also an acclaimed director who has worked on numerous series including The Goldbergs, Stargirl, Star Trek: Picard, Resident Alien and Schooled.

In addition to her Q&A sessions, Lea Thompson will be doing photo shoots (40€), selfies (35€), autographs (35€) and meet & greets (60€) during the Paris Manga & Sci-Fi Show by TGS event. These activities, as well as admission tickets, can be purchased on the official ticketing website.
