If you’re a fan of the Overwatch universe, Blizzard Entertainment and WEBTOON Entertainment have some good news for you: the release of a brand-new story in the form of a digital comic.
Titled Overwatch: Undivided, this new series plunges readers into a world on the brink of chaos. In the aftermath of Talon’s strike on Watchpoint: Gibraltar, the heroes of Overwatch struggle to overcome their crushing defeat. But Vendetta is far from finished and is ramping up attacks across the globe, targeting research facilities, military bases, and major cities.
The 40-episode series follows Sojourn, who is tasked with rallying the weary heroes. As the attacks continue, a revelation shakes her convictions: in a world that claims it no longer needs heroes, can Overwatch still stand, undivided?
The first episodes are available now exclusively on WEBTOON’s English-language platform, which will release subsequent episodes every Wednesday. Other languages, including French, Korean, German, Spanish, and Japanese, will be available soon, WEBTOON and Blizzard Entertainment note in their press release.
