Two more seasons for Heartstopper

One month after the release of Heartstopper on its platform, Netflix has just confirmed what the many fans of this series were hoping for: a renewal. And not for one, but two more seasons. The executive producer of the series, Patrick Walters is delighted with this news: “We put so much love into the making of Heartstopper so to reassemble the team for two more seasons is a dream come true.”

In the series based on Alice Oseman‘s graphic novels and whose season 1 covers the first two volumes, we follow the friendship of Charlie (Joe Locke) and Nick (Kit Connor) develop into a relationship. We also meet endearing characters like Elle (Yasmin Finney), Tao (William Gao), Tara (Corinna Brown) or Darcy (Kizzy Edgell). What to expect from the two additional seasons? Nothing has filtered from Netflix about the content… nor the airing date. So we will have to be patient about this.

Several actors have already reacted to the renewal of Heartstopper on social networks:

Two conventions on the agenda

At the initiative of Empire Conventions, two Heartstopper conventions are scheduled: a virtual one on May 21, 2022, with Joe Locke, William Gao and Yasmin Finney as guests. The other one, in Paris (France). The date and guests are not known yet. We will keep you informed about the latter, so stay tuned!
