Broadcast on The CW since 2014, The Flash has just begun its ninth and final season on the American network. While the last episode will be available to viewers on May 24, 2023, Grant Gustin, for his part, has already finished filming the series.
Through a video posted on Instagram, the interpreter of Barry Allen / The Flash confirmed that he has hung up his suit for the last time. In a second post, the American actor wanted to thank all the teams that worked on the series for almost a decade. Grant Gustin said that he will always be grateful for the opportunity to play this iconic character and that during this adventure he made many friends that will remain forever in his life.

The end of his farewell message is dedicated to the fans, whom he thanks for their support during the 9 seasons of The Flash. He says that despite the many changes over the years, the fans have remained loyal to the show and he thanks them again for that.
Grant Gustin added that he hopes to continue meeting fans of The Flash and said that this may happen in the future during conventions. If this is confirmed, his fans should be numerous to attend these events and, on our side, we will refer them to the page dedicated to the actor.
