Rick & Morty will have 70 more episodes

With Archer, Rick & Morty is one of the most interesting animated shows of the past couple of years. Created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, the show follows Morty and his grandfather Rick as they launch themselves in epic adventures across the galaxy and different dimensions. This duo is the pride and joy of the channel Adult Swim as well as our own since 2013, so when we learned that the show was renewed far 70 episodes, we all expressed our joy by shouting “Wubba Lubba Dub Dub”.

There’s still one thing left unknown : when does those new episodes are gonna air ? At the end of season 3 we were told that we’d have to wait a very long time in order to see the new Rick & Morty episodes. Justin Roiland, one of the show’s creator, had fun of the situation when he annonced the renewal en Twitter : “More Rick & Morty coming. Looking forward to all the tweets asking where it is !”. We hope that the waiting will not be too long and that Adult Swim will soon be giving an air date for season 4. We’ll keep you updated, of course.

If the seasons to come are staying on the same pattern as the previous seasons, we could end up with 10 seasons for Rick & Morty. It’s an admirable number, for an animated show who greatly deserves it.
