A few weeks after making Newtopia‘s release date official, Prime Video has released the first trailer for the apocalyptic K-drama directed by Yoon Sung-hyun (Bleak Night, Time to Hunt).
Starring Park Jeong-min (The 8 Show) and Jisoo (Snowdrop), Newtopia is set in Seoul during a zombie invasion and follows Lee Jae-yoon, a young man who has done everything to avoid military service, and Kang Young-joo, a young woman struggling to find her place in the working world. Our two heroes have just ended their relationship after a fight and will do everything in their power to survive and find each other again. As the Newtopia trailer shows, the series will be punctuated by a healthy dose of action and humor. All in all, despite the omnipresent zombies, everyone will have a good time.
Newtopia K-Drama episodes will be available on Prime Video every Friday from February 7 through March 21, 2025.
