Jessica Jones season 2 recently arrived on Netflix and we just learned that Luke Cage, another Defenders member, will also have a second season.
A few days ago Netflix released a 20 seconds trailer to announce Luke Cage season 2. To make the fans’ mouths water, Netflix also posted a couple of photos from the new season’s shooting and, more importantly, the air date has also been announced. Indeed, at the end of the trailer we learn that the indestructible vigilante will be back on Netflix on June 22nd.
In this new season, Luke Cage’s (Mike Colter) powers aren’t secret anymore and the public eyes focused on him push him to do all he can for the community’s good, even when he has to face a dangerous opponent that will lead him to the brink of his limits.
