More than a year and a half after revealing the first season of Locke & Key, Netflix takes us back to Matheson and the Keyhouse mansion with a first trailer for season 2. Created by Carlton Cuse and Meredith Averill, Locke & Key is an adaptation of the eponymous comic books by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez. The series follows the Locke siblings, Tyler (Connor Jessup), Kinsey (Emilia Jones) and Bode (Jackson Robert Scott), who move with their mother Nina (Darby Stanchfield) to their father’s ancestral home after he is brutally murdered. Inside the Keyhouse mansion, they discover a series of magical keys that give them all sorts of abilities. they have to confront evil forces that want to take the power of the keys for themselves.
The action-packed Season 2 will confront the Locke family with new dangers and explore the aftermath of the events of the Locke & Key Season 1 finale. Will they emerge unscathed? Answer on October 22, 2021.
