César Domboy is going to move away from the Outlander set for a while to take part in the new series of Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, Taboo and See.

Indeed, according to Deadline, the French actor has been chosen to play a supporting role in the series SAS: Rogue Heroes. No further details about his role have been released.
Scheduled to air on the BBC, SAS: Rogue Heroes will follow David Stirling, an eccentric young officer who is hospitalized after a training exercise goes wrong. Convinced that traditional commando units no longer work, he comes up with a radical plan that goes against all the rules of modern warfare. He fights to get permission to recruit the toughest, boldest and brightest soldiers to create an undercover unit that will cause chaos behind enemy lines.
Joining César Domboy in the cast are Connor Swindells (Sex Education), Jack O’Connell (Godless), Alfie Allen (Game Of Thrones), Sofia Boutella (Kingsman: The Secret Service), Bobby Schofield (Knightfall), Theo Barklem-Biggs (Sliced) and Dominic West (The Crown).
