Heartstopper: a convention in Paris in 2022

As they did for Shadow and Bone, the French organizer Empire Conventions has decided to embark on a new convention project even though the series concerned has not yet been released by Netflix.

This time, the organizer has decided to do an event about Heartstopper, the adaptation of the eponymous graphic novel by Alice Oseman. The 8-episodes series is expected to be released this spring on the streaming platform and will follow neurotic, kind-hearted Charlie (Joe Locke) and rugby star Nick (Kit Connor) as they form an unlikely friendship that gradually turns into romance. They will be surrounded in their daily lives by Tao (William Gao), Elle (Yasmin Fenney), Tara (Corinna Brown) and Darcy (Kizzy Edgell).

Empire Conventions is betting on the success of this new Netflix production as they had anticipated for Shadow and Bone and will propose the Young Love Lasts Forever convention in the fall of 2022. No further details have been revealed but the organizer specifies that the ticketing will open at the announcement of the first guest and that a virtual event is also envisaged.
