Three new actors are joining the fourth season of Stranger Things as series regulars: Jamie Campbell Bower (Camelot), Eduardo Franco (American Vandal) and Joseph Quinn (Catherine the Great). The former will play Peter Ballard, a caring man who works as an orderly in a psychiatric hospital. Tired of the brutality he witnesses every day in the hospital, he may choose to do something about it.

Eduardo Franco will play Argyle, Jonathan’s (Charlie Eaton) new best friend, and Joseph Quinn will assume the role of Eddie Munson, an 80’s metalhead who runs the Hellfire Club, the official Dungeons and Dragons club of the high school. Hated by those who don’t understand him – and loved by those who do – he will be at the very heart of the mystery of this fourth season.
A master of horror in season 4
On the recurring character side, Stranger Things will also feature Robert Englund, the man who has been the legendary Freddy Krueger since 1984. Tom Wlaschiha (Game of Thrones), Sherman Augustus (Into the Badlands), Mason Dye (Harry Bosch) and Nikola Djuricko (Legends) will also be present.
Robert Englund will play Victor Creel, a disturbed and intimidating man who is locked up in a mental hospital because of a horrific murder committed in the 1950s. Tom Wlaschiha will play Dmitri, a Russian prison guard described as intelligent and charming who becomes friends with Hopper. As for Nikola Djuricko, he will play Yuri, an unpredictable Russian smuggler who loves bad jokes. Sherman Augustus will play Lieutenant-Colonel Sullivan, a man who believes he knows how to stop evil in Hawkins once and for all. And lastly, Mason Dye will play Jason Carver, a rich, handsome and popular young man whose world falls apart when a new threat looms over the town of Hawkins.
