For the first time in its history, the San Diego Comic-Con will not be able to be held as planned this summer because of the COVID-19 situation. An announcement that was made last April by the organizers, who have already set a date for the fans of pop culture in 2021 (July 22-25, 2021). Even if this year’s San Diego Comic-Con won’t be able to take place with a live audience, this must-see event remains strong and will offer an online edition from July 22th to 26th, 2020.

As a teaser for this virtual convention called Comic-Con At Home, the San Diego Comic-Con played the comedy card by highlighting the many advantages of enjoying this event from the comfort of your own home. “Free parking, comfy chair, personalized snacks, no lines, pets welcome, badges for all and a front row seat” are the perks listed in the Comic-Con @ Home teasing video.

Although the program is not yet clear, the event will undoubtedly be an opportunity to follow panels, discover artists or watch previews of upcoming films or series.
