On April 30 and May 1, 2022, People Convention organized the 3rd edition of their event dedicated to the series Riverdale with 5 actors: Cody Kearsley (Moose), Drew Ray Tanner (Fangs), Jordan Connor (Sweet Pea), Lochlyn Munro (Hal Cooper) and Marisol Nichols (Hermione Lodge). An edition that should have been the last as the organizer said during the closing ceremony.
However, there was hope for the fans of Riverdale since People Convention had finally indicated to think about the possibility of a Rivercon 4. A possibility that became reality following a message published by the company.
In this statement, People Convention says they are in contact “with leads eager to meet you, and we know you’ll love them. We are committed to delivering you an edition that will live up to the previous ones.”
As a reminder, during the three editions of the Rivercon, in addition to the names mentioned above, the organizer had welcomed in Paris: Ashleigh Murray (Josie McCoy), Camila Mendes (Veronica Lodge), Casey Cott (Kevin Keller), Charles Melton (Reggie Mantle), Cole Sprouse (Penelope Blossom), Lili Reinhart (Betty Cooper), Mädchen Amick (Alice Cooper), Madelaine Petsch (Cheryl Blossom), Nathalie Boltt (Penelope Blossom), Skeet Ulrich (FP Jones) and Vanessa Morgan (Toni Topaz).
