The Vampires Diaries ended in March 2017, but the leading actors of the series delighted their fans by reuniting once again not on the screen, but in the real world. In fact, both Salvatore brothers, played by Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, have created their own brand of bourbon. We’ll tell you more about it.

Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley have always had a great complicity off-camera and proved it once again by recently announcing their project to make their own Bourbon and launch their own company. This is now a reality! Ian Somerhalder announced on his social networks the launch of their site and revealed the name of their drink: “Brother’s Bond”. A name that delighted the fans since it evokes their fraternal bond on the show.

Just to remind you, this alcohol is one of the iconic elements of The Vampire Diaries. Throughout the eight seasons that are part of the series, we were able to see many characters such as Bonnie, Stefan, Alaric and especially Damon Salvatore with bourbon in their hands. A charming reference that makes us nostalgic for the two brothers who captivated the heart of the beautiful Elena.

After the announcement, a lot of people rushed to the website. Due to the number of visits, the site experienced some technical problems. The actors were grateful for all the support and apologized for these problems.

A bourbon that plays hard to get

This alcoholic beverage is not yet available, so you’ll have to be patient if you want to get Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley‘s drink. In the meantime, you can register your email address to be notified when Brother’s Bond Bourbon is available, as indicated on the website of our two favorite vampires: “Brother’s Bond Bourbon is a story of time and quality. Sign up and over time we will reveal our newest collaboration. Each moment of our brotherhood has inspired us to create this exceptional Bourbon to share with you. Cheers, Ian & Paul”.

Remember: Alcohol can be harmful to your health and you must be of legal age to purchase Brother’s Bond Bourbon.
